Feels like a ton of bricks have been lifted off my shoulders! I’ve been so frustrated with a new laptop with Windows 10 over the past 3 weeks I couldn’t get any work done. Biggest problem was I couldn’t find where new word documents, pdf’s or scans were being saved by Windows 10. After countless hours and days on Google and YouTube and getting even more frustrated… I found Joshua! Within ½ hr of contacting him thru Thumbtack we were connected remotely and my problems were fixed!!!. Not only did he set up my laptop the way I wanted, he even took the time to explain different features to me. Being a construction company it is imperative to get quotes, contracts and invoicing, etc. out the door ASAP….now I feel like I’m back in control. Joshua was a pleasure to work with and he’ll be my “go-to IT guy” from now on.
