- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always, I have to always research and find out what is new out there. My field change so rapidly that I want to be able to give my customers the best choices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Haha! this is a funny question. I always like video games and technology but when I went to college I started in Biology. When I had to open the first frog and the teacher told us that next semester we were going to open a pig, I ran to my counselor and ask for something in computers. So that's when I started in Computer Science.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly I do computer troubleshooting and sales. But after that I just monitor and maintain servers and networks.
