10/10 Dennie was amazing and I won’t be going to any other techs now that I’ve worked with him, great soul who knows what he’s doing and is doing it out of the enjoyment of helping others not for money and scams like the big corporations. He is a good guy who does his best to help and worked with me the entire time with proper communication, proper updates, and when I couldn’t pick up for a while due to being busy he worked with me on scheduling around my schedule.
