- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I guess the understanding in US is that if you speak French you should know how to cook. So moving to US years ago, with no papers, the first job I got was cooking. Happen to be in a celebrity household (that I didn't know since moving from another country!), so this way I put this and some other celebrity names on my resume.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Catering/ personal chef service Elegant small weddings, for up to 50 Private Chef for Family celebrations
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Requesting more custom services, newly created dishes, different styles cooking, all international kitchens etc. Will give your party a different style and you'll have a different experience, avoid the all popular uniformed catering services.
