Johnny drove out to me. Assessed my computer and diagnosed a faulty hard drive. He took it back to his workshop to try another drive to confirm his diagnosis. I mentioned that the touchpad hadn't been working either. He rang to say the hard drive was definitely the cause of the problem and quoted a price for the repair, which I accepted. He then sourced and replaced the hard drive and loaded Windows 10. When he returned it I was delighted to see that the touchpad has also been fixed. Unfortunately, he had not provided an invoice. I explained that I needed one as I intended claiming off my holiday insurance. He then drove back at 10:30 p.m. To deliver it, at no extra charge.

Johnny is a awesome tech. Although I just needed a complete OS software installed, motherboard drivers and a second SSD hard drive installed. It didn't go smooth. Johnny knowing I'm a gamer, keep me informed and managed to get my system up and with a reasonable price. Looking forward to have Johnny build me a backup gaming computer in the near future.

Johnny was very thorough in his approach to installing ten cameras around my house. His pricing was very good, he did the work quickly, and was creative in coming up with a solution to mount two of my cameras. He was even willing to change out two cameras after he had installed them because I didn't like the way they looked at night. Johnny communicated throughout the project and always showed up when he said he would! I'd definitely hire Johnny again and you should hire him too!
