The other contractor I hired disappeared and stopped answering my calls. I needed a countertop in 2 days for a rental, and RM made it happened in the middle of a hurricane, which we got lucky it didn't hit us, but it was raining. He did forget a backslash but came back right on time minutes before the tenants were moving in. Overall a great experience. *A quick suggestion for excellence would be to clean/vacuum the dust underneath the cabinet from cutting the Faucet hole.
