- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To confirm booking a refundable 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid at 8am the day of service or when pro arrives. Deposit is refundable if cancelation is made 72 hr before scheduled cleaning. Customers are allowed to reschedule there cleaning 1 time and must be rescheduled within 30 days .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before entering your home or business cleaning crew will wear masks and body cam. Once in the home cleaning crew will then take a walk through and disinfect home before beginning your service. Once cleaning services is completed crew members will give you an option of traditional sanitizing or covid fogging treatment we will then sanitize entire home as we exit . Video will be kept on file for up to 30 days. The benefits of body cam is we can ensure the safety of your home while holding each employee accountable. You & our employees can feel safe while we are in your home and safety is our first priority!
