FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial Contact: When you call us or when we receive your information to contact you, we will ask you to provide some information about what ideas you may have about your project. Whether its paver or irrigation or general landscaping, in your back or front yard, wed love to hear as many details of your upcoming project as you can provide. Or our expert landscape architects will be happy to give their input if youre at a loss for ideas. Wed also love to know where you heard of us, as this helps us keep our records up to date. 2) Scheduled Appointment with Designer: When it comes time for your free estimate with one of our landscape architects, we will do a complete walk through with you, discussing your ideas and options. We want to make sure your questions and concerns are met, and that your opinions and preferences are heard. We will offer our feedback and suggestions, and want to ensure that all homeowners are involved in the process. 3) The Estimate: In a short time, your landscape designer will have completed a written estimate and design for your project. We will contact you to set up a follow up appointment to discuss this with you. The priced out estimate will include all fees associated with your project, including materials, installation, labor, etc. There will be no hidden surprises later, and any questions you have will be answered. 4) Design Implementation: Once you choose our company as your landscape design partner, our installation team will meticulously implement the project in a timely and professional manner. Upon completion, your landscape architect will complete a follow-up walk through with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Our goal is to leave you with a personal retreat that you will be enjoying for years!
