Messaged and came over to check out the request right away. Very thorough and professional and also very honest. He resolved the issue without charge by suggesting regular maintenance we could do ourselves instead of a more expensive installation. We really appreciate that honesty which is not so common any more these days. Would definitely call them again!

ELR was one of the most responsive and professional service teams I have ever worked with. Every step clear, PM visiting on site as work being done. Every change discussed before being done. Professional workers who were polite, respectful, and did great work. Covered floor so keep things clean as they worked. It was clear they thought through everything and the work shows it. Crisp. Very well done. Couldn't be happier. I know my first call the next time I need work.

We had some mold damage on our bathroom ceiling. Eric came out the same day I called and assessed the damage. Then told me how much the repairs would cost. He was able to complete the job in 2 days. Eric is very professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call him for any future home repairs!!
