John was professional from start to finish. We needed a dishwasher and over the range microwave installed. I couldn’t find one of my cords for my dishwasher and he was able to provide it. I would recommend him to anyone. He has excellent customer service skills and even took the time explain how to work the appliances. He was flexible with scheduling and we appreciate everything he did for us. We will be using him again in the future. Thank you
