- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on pet specifics and is an estimate only. Groomer will adjust pricing once the groomer assesses the condition of the pet's coat, health, and receptiveness to being groomed. If the groomer declines the groom, a trip fee of $45 will be requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are given a quote based on their pet's information. Our service is by appointment only and we try to keep clients with their same groomer for future grooms. All new customers are required to sign a new customer form that assists with the "what ifs". Payment is due at time of service by cash or credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all of our own groomers and we do background checks on all employees every year. Most of our groomers have been with us over 4 years.
