Please note my service areas: north Orlando, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Park, Longwood, Lake Mary, and part of Sanford. I do not service the east side of Orlando because I'm located on the west side, and the traffic is so bad that I spend too much time driving. I try to avoid the downtown Orlando area because of traffic and parking issues (I tow a six-foot trailer).

As first time homeowners, and never experiencing household trouble shooting before, we had no clue how to operate the disposal when it got stuck due to broken glass. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge a flat rate for specific projects, so you need not worry about the "meter running" while I work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned from my dad, who was one of those guys who could fix or build anything. When I became a homeowner many years ago, I discovered that there's always something that needs to be done around the house. I also discovered that there are a lot of people who don't know how to do what needs to be done, or they'd simply rather hire someone else to do it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Folks who need help with small jobs that aren't worthwhile to large contractors or builders. I've improved the lives of single gals & guys, widows & widowers, college students, and families.
