I lost power during the storm on Sunday night. A few hours later, it became clear that the outage was affecting only my house, so I reached out to FPL. After following their process (online diagnostics, reset the breaker), a technician came to my house and told me that the main breaker needed to be replaced. I contacted Intouch first thing Monday morning and Angel responded quickly. He kept in communication about his ETA. When he arrived, he was able to restore power quickly. My main breaker was not replaced, but he let me know that my main panel should be replaced within the year. I appreciate having the time to budget for this expense! He also relabeled the breaker box in the garage (the ink had faded after 30+ years) and gave me an honest assessment of maintenance of my electrical system and the associated costs without being pushy. I am very satisfied with my experience and will call Intouch again for my electrical needs.
