I recently had the pleasure of working with Adrian a skilled professional for the epoxy flooring in my new construction home, and I can't help but share the exceptional experience. From the outset, his attention to detail was evident. Despite the house being new, he didn’t take any shortcuts. He meticulously ground the concrete floor to ensure it was perfectly level, a crucial step for optimal epoxy application. This attention extended to filling every crack and joint with a special sealant, ensuring no moisture could compromise the flooring’s integrity. What truly set this experience apart was his willingness to accommodate my specific requests. Opting for a unique black color for the epoxy—a first for him—he ordered the exact shade I wanted and expertly applied it, along with the flakes, achieving a stunning finish. His commitment to customization didn't stop there. He accommodated a last-minute request from me to extend the epoxy four inches up the vertical lip of the concrete. Not only did he fulfill this request with little time to spare, but he also noticed some imperfections on the vertical lip. Without hesitation, he took a grinder to make the surface flush, ensuring a seamless finish on that critical four-inch rise around the garage. This level of dedication and his proactive approach to prevent any potential issues, like moisture penetration by sealing every nook and cranny, especially around the concrete lip in the garage, highlighted his dedication to not just meeting but exceeding expectations.
