- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m priced a bit higher, however, I offer consistent and excellent customer service along with stunning photos. I build relationships with my clients which in turn creates trust that my price comes with quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a call to discuss details of the event and then meet up in person to get a feel for who I’m working with. From there, we can plan the photo shoot. I like to spend time with my clients and understand their needs because it helps me plan for the shoot and ultimately, makes it the best possible experience for them.
