WE had old ceiling fans removed and new ceiling fans installed. Miguel did and excellent job. He was courteous and efficient and we were extremely pleased with the service. We are having him back for more fan installations! Great price as well.. Thank you Miguel!

Miguel was great. He came right out and fixed my issues within minutes. Even installed a ceiling fan while here that wasn't on the original work order. I will definitely be calling Miguel again.

September 21, 2016 Miguel Siana from Siana Enterprises Corporation Miguel answered my request to fix my dryer which had stopped heating. I knew there was lots of lent, but did not know how much. He opened the dryer, found the problems, and then had to order parts. He returned a week later to clean the inside, install the new parts, and clean out the exhaust tube to the roof. He then looked at the washer to see if it needed any service. The lint trap was cleaned, the belt was OK, and it seems to be ready for another year. Miguel was very thorough and kind; he explained to us how the equipment broke down based on our use of the equipment. He was knowledgeable and provided superior quality service and had a very calm manner of interaction. Miguel is a "Handyman" who can do almost anything. Lenore Hodges, PhD, RD

Miguel did a great job installing a safe bar on our sliding door, not to mention driving more than 100 miles to get the job done in a evening when we have a tenant to move in.

The job was installing new celling fans in all rooms. Plus a very large wall mirror. In my new house. Miguel Medina was very nice, he did a great job! He was very helpful and if there is anything I need in the future I know I will call him again.
