Ricky was available on short notice to treat our house before moving in. Since moving in I have not seen a single bug alive. I've seen a few dead roaches which was to be expected. I would certainly use Ricky's services again.

We noticed what appeared to be termite droppings on our porch and decided we needed to contact an exterminator. I went on Google and discovered the website Thumbtack and gave it a try. Ricky was the first one to answer our request. I checked him out and was very pleased with what I saw so we contacted him. He came over immediately. He was very friendly and smiling. He knew right away that we did not have termites, but had a kind of ant. He gave my husband advice on how to trim our plants away from our house so this won't happen again. He went right to work and was done in no time. He charged us exactly what his estimate said. No hidden charges. We could tell he was very knowledgeable and secure in his abilities. We were very pleased in all ways and will be using him if we have any further needs. We definitely give Ricky the highest recommendation

Ricky is very thorough very nice and very kind and appeared to do a very good job the first time he came. I've signed up for a year. I did not really have a bug problem or any problem but I had been in the house one year and I knew I needed to start some kind of service and as many people have said I do not believe in using big companies.

All Pricing is different it just all depends on the types of insects I'm dealing with, some jobs can take up 1-3 weeks to get rid of. I work around financial payments and offer very good Pricing on all my work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer can be a challenge and a course of dictating but knowing the field well, can make answers more complying towards a new customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone wants to achieve in Life, it starts with good attitude and education studying for years had place my goal in life.
