We had Ron from Knight Fence give us our quote. He was knowledgeable about the fence we needed for our home. We have dogs and kids so it was important to us to have a safe and secure yard. He helped us with the HOA when we applied for that and he took care of the county permit so we did not have to. The permit we had to make an adjustment and the office girls helped us quickly. I like that they will text me if I need a quick answer. I'm not much of a phone talker. The fence came out great and the guys that installed were very good at what they do in this Florida heat.

The worst company I have ever dealt with! Put a deposit down, waited and waited for my fence. It never happened. 9 months later I am still waiting for my deposit! They have ripped off other people too! Beware!

On October 18, 2024, I signed a contract with Knight Fencing, specifically Ron, and gave a deposit of $800 for them to complete my fence. No work has been done to date. I have reached out through several mediums, to no avail. First, there was Angela and now Vanessa who both did not return calls. They just continually gaslighted that they would get right back to you with information on the installation. Here we are on January 18, 2025 with no resolution, no phone call, no installation, but they sure have my deposit.

I had high hopes for this company and was excited that they could get our fence done quickly. I had clearly communicated that we have small dogs and could not have gaps at all. I was assured there would not be. After the fence was completed we realized that 3 of our dogs were able to walk right under the fence. I spoke with our sales rep who assured that the fence was installed “tight to the ground”. After sending photos to prove otherwise, I was told that the gate had to be higher so it could open but they would come fix the fence. Not what was discussed and not understanding why a gate needs to be 4 inches from the ground to open. Very dissatisfied with the job that was completed and nothing has been done to fix it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with the estimate and a site visit at the home with the homeowner. From there the office takes over where they handle things like Permitting ordering the materials and sending out documents that might be necessary so the homeowner can apply for their HOA approval. Waiting on the county permit And HOA approval. Sometimes weather can cause delays. This is Florida and it can be unpredictable at times. Handling the installation process and scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of what I’ve learned is hands-on, and from other sales managers over the last 30 years
