They came out to look at what needed to be done. I emailed them 2 days later to find out the status. They said that they were not able to handle the work of replacing the vinyl covering on the outside of the chimney. I found it odd that something that seems fairly simple couldn’t be done by “Chimney Pros” but alas I guess we will continue to try and find someone who has the skills to assist us with getting this work done
