Very happy with this chimney sweeping comapny. Responsive, polite, professional. They repaired (rebuilt) our ailing chimney, installed a wood burning clean insert, and replaced a 1970's brick hearth with a very nice piece of slate.

They took care of the inspection, did the repairs, and upgraded the chimney without any issues. everyone was friendly and professional. they also worked easily alongside other contractors on a bigger home project, which made things a lot easier for me. i definitely recommend these local chimney sweep experts if you need your chimney cleaned, fixed, or improved.

They canceled Friday's appointment last minute to reschedule for this morning. Called this morning to change time to 1-3 and I told them I had an appointment at 3...then the guy calls me at like 11 and said he would be there in 35 minutes so I hurried home because I was out. Then at 11:30 he says he went to the wrong address and he'll be there in 30 minutes....then he calls again and says oh we made a mistake you're scheduled between 1 and 3....calls again to say he'll be here at 3, I said I can't I have an appointment so he says we'll be there at 2:40....comes at 2:40 to look at duct and give me estimates. I said go ahead and do the work but I have an appointment at 3 and I won't be able to talk...they finish the work, then they come knocking on my bedroom door to interrupt my appointment (I'm a therapist who works from home) I open the door and say guys I told you I have an appointment now I can't talk....they stood there asking me to fill out paperwork and make payment now, while my client is online waiting for me. I literally had to rush them out of my house...completely unprofessional. They did the work for $260 which was also high.
