I had a fantastic experience with them. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The technician took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me before-and-after photos of the work, which I really appreciated. My chimney is now clean, safe, and working perfectly.

Easy to get in touch with and great communication when he had to reschedule due to rain/storms.
He also provided us pictures of how badly our chimney needed a clean. We have noticed such a differences after having the chimney cleaned.

Their sweeping was clean and quick and, when he found a blockage in the chimney, (a floor board from the flat above!) he advised us how we could get it removed and followed up with a quote for installation. We know all our options regarding our fireplace now and for a very reasonable price

The chimney of my gasfireplace has not been sweeped for years. There was a lot of soot and grime which Isac removed and vacuumed directly in the fireplace. My living room is still clean, fresh and tidy. Thank you very much for your expertise!
