LOVE LOVE LOVE did I say LOVE Mama's Fixins (Spareribs). I originally would order the chicken until I decided to give the ribs a chance as I was not a big fan of ribs. WELL!!!! now I order both Ribs/Chicken and anything else they might have that day.
I have never had a bad experience food/price and employees are warm and friendly. Give them a try you will not regret it whether it's lunch or catering you will not be disappointed.

I love me some Mama's Fixins! If you haven't tried it....you are missing out. Everything is great! They offer so many soul food delights but you absolutely must try the ribs, greens, mac n cheese and the fried chicken. I highly recommend Mama's Fixins for lunch, dinner or your next catered event. You will not be disappointed.

If you need any type of catering, you would be making a huge, huge mistake not to try Mama's Fixins. Food is unique and excellent. Kim is extremely personable and professional. You can't go wrong here!

I have had the pleasure of using Mama's Fixins as the caterer for a community Thanksgiving feeding (500 meals) at my church Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Oviedo, Pastor Charles Jones. Their food quality, presentation, quantities and service is exceptional.
I have also visited their food truck and attended other events they have catered. They have remarkable consistency with their food and service.
Kim and Ken are Godly and competent professionals who take a personal and vested interest in the success of every event and customer engagement, whether a single meal or a large catered event.
