Our technician, Juan, was prompt, courteous and neat.
He showed my husband and explained what he was going every step of the way.
The charges were reasonable and I would definitely use his services again and recommend Juan to anyone needing furniture repair. I am so happy to have my recliner back to use.

Punctual, honest, hard-working and explained everything while performing repairs on my broken dresser. It works great, he even went above and beyond and fixed some other parts while he was here. I will definitely be using again for future furniture needs!

Juan Ugas was excellent!! He knew exactly what was wrong with our Natuzzi recliner. He came to first check it out, ordered the parts and two weeks later it is like new. We couldn’t be happier. Very professional!!

Amazing 10/10 highly recommend responded quickly to help me with a heavy piece of wood furniture that broke during a move, was in an unsafe place and needed help. He fixed and replaced all the pieces and brackets that weren’t secure that led to the breakage and repaired it better than new. Extremely pleasant and professional highly recommends

I am overjoyed with the experience I had repairing a chair and a reasonable amount of time. The professionalism of the pro was exceptional. He knew exactly what he was doing. Handled it properly and was done in no time at all. I am most grateful for the service that I got. My La-Z-Boy chair is perfect.
