Adam was prompt and friendly and scheduled Matt to come out the very next day. Matt was also very friendly and very professional. I was working from home while he worked in the garage, but he made sure to check with me before coming through the house. The work was a little more extensive than I had anticipated, but Matt explained everything along the way, including which parts absolutely needed to be replaced, and which parts could maybe survive a bit longer dependent on how well they hold up with other new parts installed. He is extremely knowledgeable about garage doors, and knew exactly what the problem was within seconds of glancing at the torsion springs and cables. he was upfront about all of the pricing, and even though it was a little more than I’d hoped, I was able to see that their rates were all fair compared to market rates for these parts and service. He also did a safety tuneup which comes with the spring purchase, and the door works flawlessly now, and I have a very good idea about how all the parts work, how long I can expect things to last, and how best to maintain them. All told, I am extremely pleased with Grade A. They are definitely experts when it comes to garage doors and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
