He offered to replace my garage door motor unit that I bought for exactly half the price of everyone else I contacted. Was ready to come in next day/day of. As agreed upon, he came, did the job, DID NOT try to HASSLE me for more money than already agreed (as appears to sometimes be the theme of certain hires), cleaned up, and left.
