Reached out through Thumbtack on a Sunday and was contacted for an appointment Monday evening. Their tech was actually here before estimated time and understood I was driving home from work. Once he started, work was done very quickly. Did not try to push anything on me that I did not need. Found out the builder used the wrong springs and the tension had released. Was offered two options of retightening or replace the springs. Giovanni was my tech and was totally okay if I picked the 1st option. But I went with replacement. I was quoted by another company $50 more as well, so their pricing was of market value.
