From the beginning Wilkens was amazing! Great communication, really takes pride in his work and beyond respectful. He treats your home and property like it's his own. Wilkens and Mike built a base and shed for me and did it very efficiently and were dedicated even when dealing with on and off rain. I look forward to future projects and highly recommend him. Had an addition added to my house. Mr. WILKENS was very professional and knowledgeable about the work that I requested to be done. He was very communicative throughout the process which was a relief for me, because I like to know what's going on. Lol. He also finished the job in the time he stated. I would definitely use his services again.

I recommend Lormilus Construction for home renovations. Their team was professional and listened to my ideas. They installed new floors & renovated my kitchen area. Communication was great, and the quality of work was excellent. They finished the project on time and within budget. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would work with them again!

I am beyond happy with the results of the work that was done today. The owner and a staff member arrived on-time and did an amazing job on my closet that suffered severe water damage. The owner was available 100% of the time. He was very professional, friendly and very organized. The cost of the job was the best out of 4 companies. More than reasonable I'm looking forward to his services in the near future. 10/10!
