I reached out to four different companies regarding a broken glass insert in one of my back French doors. Out of all of them, he stood out immediately. He responded to my inquiry within the hour, and by the second hour, he was already at my home confirming measurements. Not long after, I received a clear, competitive estimate — and he let me know he could get the job done as early as the next day.
After reading through his many stellar reviews here on Thumbtack (and yes, every single one was impressive), I felt confident moving forward and scheduled the repair for the following day. The night before, he reached out to confirm his arrival time, and the morning of, he followed up to let me know he was en route. He arrived right on time, completed the job in under two hours, and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
What stood out most, aside from the professionalism and efficiency, was his courtesy and respect — not just toward me, but toward my elderly mother as well. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.
