Ivan and his team did a great job. Gate was installed. Then they were able to hop on the next project of restoration of my driveway and porch then sealed it. I recommend their services.

AMAZING experience with Atlantic Construction . Ivan reached out to me to set up an inspection of the project , we had discussed it over the phone , he wanted to quote the job accurately so we set up a time that was convenient . Ivan was extremely responsive and communicated every step of the way through the completion of the project . I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome of the Deck . I would highly recommend and use again if the need ever arises .

Needed 6 windows re calked. Ivan came the next day gave estimate and the work was completed the same day . His subcontractor James Sonderosiers did an excellent job. I watched him remove all old calking and he even found one window had only concrete-no calking. He remedied this by creating a fine line around the frame than filled it with calk. Very clean looking calk lines. I am very happy and believe no water should penetrate my windows nor AC escaping anymore. The price was comparable to others but I opted for this company since Ivan also pointed out other improvements that are now on my bucket list.
