This company is filled with intelligent workers. They are easy to talk to, and understand detail. They seem to be purposely trying to build long term relationships with customers. My experience in hiring home improvement companies is usually someone that is older and just wants to get paid for the quickest least amount of work or a younger person that destroys everything in the process because they are not careful. This company is a good medium age wise.

Rescheduled 5 times pushing this project back almost 2 weeks. Fine. Shows up finally, around 1:30 to build (put together) a shed. Fine. I would have rather him do 2 half days than proceed attempting to finish this in the dark, but fine. I showed him where I wanted the shed and the plastic pallets for the base. Mind you, it's not leveled perfectly by any means, but it's a flat area with plastic pallets for a based on an 8x6 foot metal sheeted shed. He claims the ground was too unlevel ... where I come from, you don't do a job if you know it's going to be wrong. The next morning, I went out to look at it in the light, and I couldn't believe the amount of stupid mistakes were made. The front doors do not reach each other, leaving a 2-inch gap. The roof panels are not aligned, and half of them are on backward, which leaves the pre-drilled holes exposed at the top of the ceiling. There are screws drilled directly into panels, so now I can't even rebuild it properly. He chaulked the top in an attempt to make it fit. He left his personal trash for me to clean. I messaged him immediately to see if maybe he didn't realize the extent of this disaster, but instead of offering to see if we could fix it, return some of the $200 I paid him to do the job, or even be courteous about the situation... all he has to say for it is that the ground was not level, and that is the reason for everything. I tried to explain it to him, but he refused to even acknowledge any fault on his end. I was going to just let it go and take the fault because I'm the one who decided to use some random handyman, but then I find out there's a box with parts still in it! The missing pieces that would have made everything fit. I understand these sheds can be difficult, but they literally come with instructions, and everything is made to fit. If you know you're not able to do the job, then don't! This guy is a scam artist. Wasted my time, money, and patience. I'm out $200 for his "services" and $300 for the shed. Worst experience.
