Hello Nita. I apologize if you felt you were not done right. You paid me half of the funds and I completed half of the work. When it came to cleaning you told me not to clean that you would handle it to contact me a couple days later complaining about the mess you said you would take care of saying I was unprofessional. You also tried adding more work onto the list of things we had agreed on. Every step I took I asked you for the green light before doing so including cutting a bigger hole for the exhaust fan because the one you purchased was bigger than the one that was there and the other hole in the drywall was due to the previous light being in a spot that was too small to house the recessed light due to trusses. At the end of the day I completed the amount of work I was paid for before things started turning south with the constant changing of work detail. I told you when I went into the attic that there was a lot of shady work done on your roofing which made it uneasy to enter and do the rest of the work I wasn’t even paid for. I had spoken to other pros here on this platform who had all agreed and told me that you are not easy to work with and to stay away from any project you post on this platform.
