- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's never easy to give an estimate over a description or pictures. All the information we can get over the phone will help us but there's nothing like taking a look at the project on site. Some projects might sound overpriced over a blind quote. All of this could change with a simple visit. We always provide the best value for the quality of our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to call every single customer and provide personal service to each one. Getting all the project information and addressing all of their concerns before scheduling a visit so that we are fully prepared to tackle their project as soon as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of costumers: Residential, Commercial, Home Owners, Landlords, tenants and so on... Some know exactly the way they want the job done, some come to us for advice and end up trusting us. We take care of all of them, always in the budget.
