- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of job, size, location, wall type, difficulty, and whether materials or special hardware are needed. I provide a fair estimate before scheduling. A minimum service call may apply for small jobs or longer travel distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for photos, product links, measurements, and the customer’s preferred time. Then I review the details, explain the estimated cost, and schedule the job. When I arrive, I check the setup again before starting and make sure the customer is satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in construction, installation, assembly, and small repair work. I continue to improve my skills by following product instructions, using the right tools, and paying attention to safety, measurements, and clean finishes.
