I rather to work by quote than hour, because I prefer to do an outstanding job whatever it takes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer, ask them for pictures or make a visit if necessary to have a better understanding of the project, calculate the material and give a quote with a time estimate to finish the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always being curious about how things work and how can you fix them. I am always learning and training in different fields as much as I can.
