- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
believe in fair and honest pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so I provide estimates based on the work needed. My goal is to offer quality workmanship at a reasonable price, and I always explain the costs before starting any job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to the customer’s needs and ask questions to understand exactly what they want. Then I discuss the best solution, provide a clear estimate, and schedule the work. During the job I keep the customer updated and make sure everything is completed properly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from years of hands-on work. I learned the trade by working alongside my father and have continued improving my skills through real projects. Every job teaches me something new, and I always strive to deliver high-quality results.
