Lois was selected as the PRO to fix a kitchen outlet that was burned and a sink faucet leaking. He contacted us right away and was very flexible to accommodate our needs. The date of the job, he showed up and did a detailed examination on these item. He explained to us the issues and the corrections to be made. After our approval for the hob to be done, he got the part needed and fixed the outlet and the sink. He always explained us the process and provide progress feedback. Lois is very respectable and professional; job was clean and very affordable!
