I keep it simple: no hidden fees, just fair pricing. I also suggest materials that look great but don’t break the budget — quality always comes first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by listening to the customer’s goals — what they want the project to achieve and their budget. Then I offer suggestions, give a clear estimate, and schedule the work to make it as smooth as possible for their routine
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in technical engineering and years of hands-on experience with custom carpentry and wall design. Real-world projects taught me the most.
