Update: My nephew talked to the gentleman on my behalf and it seems it was all miscommunication. Once we cleared everything up, my nephew got a full refund and I am updating the review. Thank you Straight Hands for being professional about this mix up. The job was simple, install 6 shower grab bars in 2 showers. The handyman assessed the situation and quoted me $480. He already had started to install 1 bar, so I paid him for that bar installation and sent him on his way. I got the feeling that he may be trying to take advantage the feeling that he may be trying to take advantage of an old lady. So so I booked another handyman through another service but for a similarly quoted hourly rate, the person took an hour, forty-five to install all six bars. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of me!
