- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do have a standard pricing system. What we do when we meet with you is to take a general view of what you need done, ascertain how long we think the job will take to complete and give you a fair and honest price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to meet with our customer face to face. That way we can answer any questions you might have and give you a written estimate of the cost. That way no surprises :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a general contractor who owned several apartments buildings. I received my initial training thru him. I learned from my father how to install heating to kitchens to baths. From there I worked as a maintenance supervisor over many years which enable to me to perfect my skills. I was responsibe for the oversight of maintenance and upkeep of the apartment community. I supervise maintenance staff and recomment any repair deficiencies within the community. I also perform some pool maintenance. Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
