We had a great experience with this company. Jason was wonderful to work with. He was professional and assisted us with selecting the right product. He was there throughout the whole process. The installers were friendly, professional, and punctual. The new carpet was installed in two days. The project exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

I'm ashamed to say I never replaced my carpet because I had a large antique & another piece of furniture that I was terrified to move. Jason assured me he would supervise & be there specifically for the move so I could get a much needed new floor (due to water damage to wood floor) & he above all others, convinced me. He is charming & very persuasive. The floor went in faster than I expected & I love it more than I expected, too. No harm came to the 2 pieces I was concerned about. I'm very pleased & would hire them again. Only suggestion I have would be maybe a good going over the floor with a Swiffer before putting furniture back. Otherwise, I smile everytime I walk in the room.

Jason helped us decide upon the carpet and pad based upon our needs. His approach was very consultative, and he took time to understand our specific requirements. On installation day he met me at the house with his crew. Once completed we both did a walk-through and Jason made sure we were 100% satisfied.
Also, the pricing was very close to a big box price. The outstanding benefit of having Jason to work with is that he was essentially a project manager, so I knew everything would be perfect, and was!
I will use Floor Coverings for my next house as well!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many will simply put a price on the back of their business card or give you a “ballpark” figure or estimate that will give a false sense of what your project really entails.
Unfortunately, you won’t find out about any changes or add-ons until they start the project and you are stuck in a position that leaves you with little choice but to pay more than you agreed to. We will be giving you a down to the penny proposal, with detail that will enable you to feel confident your job will be done right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a custom in-home consultation. We will arrive to your property in our mobile showroom which holds over 3000 flooring samples. All consultations are free and you are not obligated to buy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From product knowledge and installation to customer service – no part of our business goes untrained! In fact we have over 200 hours of training BEFORE we ever meet our first customer!
Everything has changed – from manufacturing technology to carpet treatments, click and lock, float, nail, glue – installation processes – everything is different these days, which means we are always in training.
