Scott and the team over at Level Up Automation totally nailed it when they turned my place into a smart home. I can't get enough of the Sonos system they set upit's seriously mind-blowing.And can we talk about their showroom in Orlando? It's like Disneyland for adults! Walking in there is like stepping into the future of cool home tech. They've got everything set up so you can really get a feel for what you're getting into.From the get-go, Scott and his team were super nice and professional. They paid attention to all the little details, making sure everything was just right. If you're thinking about jazzing up your home with some smart tech, these are the guys to do it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes any products purchased at retail through LUA. Separately, labor costs for installation range from $135/hr to $170/hr for 1-2 installers based on project size. There will be a $99 consultation fee for any In Home Consultations outside of a 60 mile radius of our Orlando location. This fee would then be applied to the purchase of any products and/or services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a consultative approach. We will visit the customer in the home to discuss options or the customer is welcome to book an appointment with us in our Orlando showroom. In some cases, virtual consultations may be available via Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime. Our goal is to find the right solution to meet the customer's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of Level Up Automation each have an excess of 20 years experience in Consumer Electronics and we employ equally knowledgeable and trained employees. Collectively, we offer an excess of 130 years working with products on the cutting edge of technology.
