- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Regular cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. In the kitchen, interior oven and refrigerator cleaning are not included — only exterior surfaces. We do clean the inside of the microwave, as well as the toaster, coffee maker, and cabinet exteriors. If you’d like the inside of the oven, fridge, or cabinets cleaned, these services are available for an additional fee. Our pricing is based on the size of the home and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We are a professional and humanized team, fully pet-friendly, and committed to making your space clean, fresh, and comfortable. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start by understanding your cleaning needs and the size of your home. Then we provide a quote and schedule your service at a convenient time. Our first visit is a detailed cleaning to set the standard, followed by regular maintenance. We value clear communication and always make sure you’re happy with our work. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our team has professional training in residential and commercial cleaning, including the proper use of cleaning products, surface care, and sanitation standards. We also have experience with move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleans, and post-construction cleaning. Continuous learning and attention to detail are part of our work philosophy — we always aim to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient service.
