Our pricing is always fair and straightforward — no hidden fees, ever. Each job is based on the size of your space and the level of cleaning needed. We offer free estimates, bundle discounts for recurring cleanings, and special pricing for deep cleans or garage clean-outs. Every quote is customized so you only pay for what you need — nothing more.
 - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make things simple and stress-free for every new customer! First, we’ll chat with you to understand exactly what you need — whether it’s a home or office cleaning, a deep clean, garage cleanout, or junk removal project. We’ll give you a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees. Once you’re ready to move forward, we schedule your service at a time that works best for you. Our team shows up on time, fully equipped, and ready to get the job done. For cleanouts and junk removal, we sort, load, and responsibly dispose of unwanted items. Before we leave, we always do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied. At Highpoint Cleaning, we treat every space like it’s our own — clean, organized, and ready to enjoy.
