- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and of great value. We charge on bed/bath for homes and Air BNB and for commercial services we charge by the Square foot and number of offices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get new clients, we get as much information as possible about the property and what type of cleaning services are needed and the estimated time that it takes to complete. Once the information is received, we move on to quoting, billing and payment method, follow by scheduling and details such as start time, list of tasks the need to be completed, who is going to be cleaning and if the client is going to be at the property or not. Once every detail is worked out, we procced with booking and completion of job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of Hospitality experience. working with hotels like Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham and The 9 hotel.
