The staff was friendly and respectful; however, the job was not done well. The house was completely empty, and the restrooms had already been cleaned beforehand, so that part should have been easier to handle. Despite that, there were still several areas in the kitchen left dirty — the countertops had water stains, the refrigerator had visible marks, the floors showed similar water spots, and even the kitchen wall had grease on it. I had to return to the house to go over details because it was not ready to be delivered. There was also noticeable dust on lamps and ceiling fans. Although the service was very polite, the quality of the work did not meet expectations, especially considering that money is hard-earned.
