At ResiLux Home Cleaning, pricing is fully transparent — no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. Rates are based on the size of your home and service type (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out). We also offer recurring service discounts for weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you request a quote or book online, we confirm details like home size, special requests, and your preferred date. A verified cleaner is then assigned, and before-and-after photos are taken for quality assurance. We follow up after every cleaning to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning professionals have at least two years of verified residential cleaning experience and must pass a background check. They’re trained to follow ResiLux quality standards, including safety, customer care, and attention to fine details in every room.
