- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We seek to exceed our customers' expectations by performing detailed work at a fair price and for this reason we do not adopt a discount policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To each new client I explain the importance of starting our partnership with a Deep Clean. Everything we align when defining the final price is documented with copy to the client and this information will be part of the price checklist. This checklist guarantees the excellence of the work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my country of origin (Brazil) my training is in psychology. For me to have a good relationship with my team and with our clients, it is necessary to use a fundamental element; The cooperation. In this context, the importance of psychology is demonstrated, as it can help in the emotional processes of human relationships. In a cooperative relationship, both sides are satisfied.
