- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Long story short my mother used to hire different cleaning services that were way too expensive and did not do quality work I told her that I could do it myself and on the plus side you will see high quality work. She end up telling her friends about me and then her friends end up spreading the word to other individuals which ended up in me obtaining my own business which is licensed and insured and the rest is history.
