Stacey went absolutely above and beyond when cleaning our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Her attention to detail is superb, and she was able make the home spotless and pristine. No corner of the house was left untouched, and Stacey made sure that her job wasn't finished until all the dust, dirt, and grime was completely gone. All appliances, flooring, windows, toilets, countertops, shower, etc looked brand new. Stacey is an extremely hardworking individual and I highly recommend using her cleaning services, you will not regret it. I will be sure to use her for all my future cleaning projects!

Stacy reached out to my request very quickly. We were able to work out a time for that day!!! I was so appreciative as I needed my elderly mothers house cleaned desperately. The house was beyond neglect but that didn’t discourage her team at all. They were able to clean up, moved stove and fridge and mopped behind, washed linens, laundry, and most of all put my mothers house back together for her. Stacy and Natasha were incredibly kind and compassionate and I really feel they treated it as if it were their moms house. Just hire Stacy. She’s worth EVERY penny and then some. I have hired many times on here and she is DEFINITELY THE BEST you will ever find. I have already booked the next cleaning.

The cleaners from the day prior cancelled on me last minute. So I had to put a short notice request out and ended up getting this company. Spik N Span Hospitality is the best encounter I have had with cleaners thus far and I have had several cleaners from this app come to clean. This company was punctual by 30 minutes. They had the earliest time available then any other company on the market, I’ve never seen anything earlier then 8am. They are thorough and had many products to treat the wet areas for hard water stains. They left the sinks with a gorgeous shine and left the house Spik N Span. Grateful for the help. Thank you.

They cleaned the tiniest nook and cranny of my house, leaving no stone unturned! When they mean DEEP CLEAN, they truly truly mean it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPIK N SPAN HOSPITALITY CLEANING SERVICE!! Stacy hand scrub my oven better than the oven's built-in cleaning function. They cleaned it dirt out of my windowsills that have been there for years! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I deliver quality services. Therefore, the cost may seem high. But when the job is completed you’ll be in “Awe” Discounts are given based on the cleaning frequencies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walk through to give a more accurate estimate but if the customer is able to explain the condition and the cleaning needs, there will be no need for a walk through. Estimated based price was done on regular size homes - example apartments. My base price is posted and are live. I work with or closely to those prices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over nine years experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. For the most part offering housekeeping/cleaning and guest related services.
