- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and scope-based. All proposals clearly outline labor, materials, and any applicable allowances so there are no surprises. We offer volume pricing, portfolio discounts, and long-term partnership rates for multifamily and commercial clients. Emergency services, after-hours work, or expedited timelines may carry additional fees, which are always disclosed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your property, scope, timeline, and budget. This is followed by a site walk (if needed), detailed scope development, and a written proposal aligned with code, manufacturer specifications, and ownership requirements. Once approved, we schedule the work, assign dedicated supervision, provide progress updates, and close out the project with documentation and warranty information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership and field teams are trained in multifamily maintenance operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and building systems. We follow OSHA safety standards, EPA requirements, and local/state building codes. Ongoing training ensures our technicians stay current with industry best practices, compliance standards, and manufacturer installation requirements.
