- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices depend on the type, amount, weight, and location of the items. We provide free estimates, and the final price is confirmed before we begin. Additional fees may apply for very heavy items, stairs, or special disposal fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask the customer to send photos and details about the items. Then we provide an estimate and schedule a convenient time. We arrive on time, confirm the final price, safely remove the items, and leave the area clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with hauling, furniture moving, heavy lifting, loading, transportation, and customer service. I focus on safety, careful handling, clear communication, and professional service.
