This individual disregarded the agreed-upon work timeline, failed to fulfill the contract obligations, and demanded an upfront payment, contrary to standard practices in the landscaping and contracting industry. As a result, I'm now out $1262, and the work on my rental property remains incomplete. This unprofessional experience has created significant inconvenience for me as I manage a business alongside this property. I would highly not recommend this person. He proposed a contract October 5th and we agreed to have this work done by December 1st. I called him several times through the months and when he finally picked up he said “who’s this” as if he didn’t even know me. The guy he had a contract with and paid him 1262.00. DO NOT HIRE.

Paid him half of the estimate, but never heard from him again. When I called, first told me that he didnt like the sod, the second time, that he is in the hospital with Covid. IF he cant do it, then can refund the money and will find someone else
